So, on Thursday afternoon, my password stopped working both on line and in the app. I gave it until Friday, still no luck, so I called to have my password reset. ALl done. However when I go into the system now, I can not see ANY of my stuff. No reservations, dining, FP+ or magic bands..... I called back and they assure me THEY can see it, and are not sure why I can not. I have spoken to the internet help people, as well as Chatting on line. The best advice I received was "Give it a day or 2" Sitting at Sunday, and still no info. This means no changing FP+'s on the fly.... We leave on Thursday, and I am very nervous. Any suggestions?
