Benoit was just there in December (12/16-12/23). Unfortunately we had to have a lengthy conversation with him about our disappointing experience at Remy (newish server who was incompetent, yet not supported (ostracized might be a better word to describe how we observed him being treated), etc., food was mediocre at best, timings of food and food and wine pairings was off and overall a bad night for Remy...... we likely won't ever return). I'm not sure who the chef was however- presentations were amazing, but food wasn't as good as we expected after reading many reviews before our sailing (we did one French and one American tasting menu). We've eaten at many restaurants that are comparable in price/service that are far better than Remy.
