Hi, if your use year is December when do you begin paying the maintenance fees for 2018? Do they begin in January of 2018 or in December of 2018?

MFs are per Calendar year, unrelated to UY.

You owe 2018 fees for Calendar Year 2018.

If you buy direct, you pay 2018 prorated from the day you sign. Resale is negotiable depending on the points left.
