Maintenance fees??

Let's say I bought 200 pts at either SSR or AKL.. What would be the maintenance fee per month? We are considering buying and we are trying to figure out which location to buy.,

Here is the history of DVC annual fees at all of the resorts - just multiply the number of points you wish to purchase by the annual fee listed. The dues are payable each January but may also be autodebited from a bank account on a monthly basis with no interest charges - so divide the total by 12 for the monthly cost.

For 200 points at SSR, the total for 2007 was $824. Using the autodebit program, it's just under $69 per month.
