Where does this happen?! Our kids would love this. Is it a regularly scheduled thing?

It seems to be totally random...
But most usually around 9:30 am, picking up by the castle and headed toward the train station...

It's a "nice to do" thing to me. sometimes it's the little details that are easily skipped that end up a highlight of the trip and the thing you remember long after...

Things will be different with the new opening procedure but last Oct we hopped aboard as soon as they let us in, I made a video as described before and the clock on the left sidewalk an it read 8:50 exactly as we passed by. The ride takes nearly 7 mins.

My wife and I were at WDW and MK a month ago and were standing in the hub just when the Dans boarded the empty horse trolley.
We ran over and asked if we could ride.
They all said, "Come on in!" and the driver started the trip to Town Square.
My wife and I were the only guests aboard, and were the sole audience as the Dans performed just for us!
We talked with them after the song and discussed their appearance at our Kansas City Barbershop Quartet
concert a year, or so, ago (which we attended.)

Disney fun!

Wait.... what? I could have seen the Dapper Dans here in town and you didn't tell me?

Wait.... what? I could have seen the Dapper Dans here in town and you didn't tell me?

They were in KC more than once (different years.)

They headlined at the Heart of America Chorus' "Annual Show." (Barbershop singing concert.)

We go to those shows every year (former TV-4 Weatherman, Dan Henry, was a major player in HoA)
and Dan (may he rest in peace) and I used to make commercials together for Benchmark Furniture years ago.

We were so excited to find out that the Dapper Dans were in the shows (they did their own 20-30 minute set) and even brought their "organ chimes" with them that they often play at Disney.

Are they there during the pre-opening time before the castle show, or after? Maybe someone who has been since the new opening can comment.

We were there last week and they were running during the pre opening time. We took a round trip ride and our driver said they would be running that day until the first castle show which was at 11am.
