What exactly does it mean by Main Street, U.S.A. Celebrates Decorations & Atmosphere. I think by decorations it means that they have decorations Associated with Main Street USA, but what exactly does it mean by atmosphere.

Yes from that link i,d say its the 20th decorations and bunting etc on main st this year.

All the Main Street, U.S.A. decorations were taken down a few years ago. It looks fantastic now though - classic and beautiful.
