Is the MSEP available to fpp at 60 days out like regular attractions?

Also, for those who have done MSEP as a fpp experience, did you think it was worth it? Where is the viewing location, and how early did you have to show up before the parade?

Saw this parade 3 times last week. All by the castle center court. Always able to get right on the curb less than 10 mins before the start. I would not waste a FP+ on this.
