Main gate block out dates...

Hello all! My dad just recently got a Main Gate pass, he's a Disney Store CM, and we are trying to plan a trip for around early July in and around the 4th. Currently the MK is blocked out on his Maingate to bring in additional guests all of June and July, while the rest of the parks aren't. I was just curious how often if ever block out dates might be lifted? It just seems a little ridiculous to me that MK is blocked out the entirety of those months but none of the other parks are. Thanks so much!

PS Parks, especially July 4th are packed that time of year so that is why passes are blocked.

For your dates, it's unlikely the MK block out will be lifted.

As you get closer to your trip, your Dad should be checking the Hub for updates. Last year during Presidents' Week, block outs were lifted for some of the parks... we were able to enter MK on Presidents' Day using Main Gates and guest passes.

MK has more block outs than the other parks due to popularity and FoF. If your Dad has access to Comp Tickets, those can be used for entrance to any park and they are Park Hoppers.
