Mailing a package to our resort question

In the past we have sent a package to our resort ahead of our arrival and since we haven't been to WDW in a couple of years,I want to make sure we put the correct info on the package for them to hold for us.Is this everythig we need to put on it: Resort name, address and the name of the person on reservation,arrival date and to hold till arrival,and reservation number? What about resort phone number? Is this the correct info to put on the pakage before mailing?
