Mail TO hotel and Tickets

Ahhhh we check in on Monday at the DLH. I'm so excited. It's been 3 years since we last went. I have two questions.

1. I am having some shirts mailed to the hotel. They are supposed to arrive on Monday and we don't need them till Thursday. I followed the directions on the website and it says mail might be delayed a bit due to sorting. Has anyone received mail at the hotel recently? How long did it take for you to get it?

2. I should know this, but we are a group of 11. I have all our tickets on my account. Does everyone need the Disneyland app on their phone to have tickets and be attached to our Genie+? I'm thinking specifically of my mom who is not tech savvy and my nephew who is a kid and doesn't have a phone. In order to get their tickets they just need to scan the barcode from my travel plan?

I generally give my granddaughter a screenshot of her ticket and she uses that on her phone. SHe is 10 and we just don't want her using the app yet. She might take over Disney somehow.....

All the tickets can be on your phone, but if they don't have the app and tix, then you have to scan everyone into the parks. You will have to add all the Genie+ stuff on yours and will be doing everything for everyone. ETA - They will be handed a hard ticket and can that.

We frequently have 9-15 people in our group. Everyone, except those 10 and under(4), have the app and have everyone's tix. Helps for us because then anyone can get the under 10s, my DIL who is just confused all the time, and me (on a scooter and frequently forgotten by the gate people) thru the gates. Also, then all of us can mobile order, when there are boarding groups we could all try, and we were able to make separate reservations for FPs back when there was MaxPass. Will be trying Genie soon.
