Someone steered me to this board when we were preparing for our very first WDW trip (11/2008), and here I learned about iron-ons, etc. I think the personalized shirts that some of you designed really added to my DDs excitement of the trip.

It is a very long time until our cruise - but I was reading about the magnets. I didn't even know that magnetic inkjet paper existed! Anyhow, I wanted to start working on magnets to decorate our stateroom door.

My question is - can anyone who has done this tell me what brand of paper they use that works best? I am clueless on the MIL that is best, and if I want glossy or matte. Any guidance from ya'll (since I have no artistic bones in my body) would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

You can get magnet sheets by Avery & HP- I am sure there are other brands but those being very well known brands of office products means you should be able to find most anywhere- Wal-Mart has them- As far as the best... I, myself haven't noticed a difference in printing- color, hue, vivid brightness etc- But I guess I have been more concerned how my shirt colors come out... depending upon how many magnets and what sizes you are planning- grab a pack of each and see how they come out- Again, always test print first for size, clarity, and position so you can get the most from your sheet!

thanks for that tip I was thinking of doing Magnets next trip. As I have over a year to pan and make things
