I've read that you can no longer bring over the door hooks and organizers. Someone mentioned that the walls are metal, and magnetic hooks work well for holding tolitry bags, etc. what type and where do you buy them? Any other cabin organizing-living tips woudl be appreciated! TIA

You can hang the organizers in the closet (either from the bar or on one of the pants hangers with clips). And there are hooks in the room (on the walls) that you can also use.

You would need a pretty strong magnet to hold up anything of weight. We use chip clips or other magnets to put up pictures, navigators, excursion/dinner tickets, or anything else to the walls. This way I don't clutter up the tables.

I bought wreath hooks at Michaels, they are perfect and held our very full shoe holder perfectly!

We were just on the refurbished Wonder, and I could not find these "magnetic walls". We had extremely strong magnets with us (large rare earths) and our door and ceiling were magnetic but that was it.

Also, with regards to cabin organization, we just did 3 people in an oceanview room for 15 days. We brought 9 suitcases with us...

We unpacked completely. I asked for about 20 extra hangers. Everything fit on the shelf in the bathroom and in the drawers. We clipped our navigators to the door, kept old ones in a binder on the desk with other travel papers, we had hooks on the door for our lanyards, we kept our snacks and drinks on the little wet bar area next to the closet. We hung the bags and backpacks on the hooks.

We also had a carseat with us in the closet. I am a neat freak and we survived just fine. The key is to completely unpack!

I found some magnetic hooks last fall when the back-to-school locker accessories were in the store. I haven't used them yet, but they seem pretty strong.

I still use my over-the-door organizer but now that you cannot hang it on the door, I have attached a dowel with zip ties through the holes where the hooks normally go and also tied a ribbon to each end (again through the holes), and then hang it on the hooks that are on the wall. Worked like a charm on our last cruise.

Us too on the Wonder, we hung them at strategic locations on the ceiling with string and clips hanging. Hung wet suits, towels, shoulder bags, transition clothes and such - worked great.

Bring clothes pins. You can pin towels to the back of towels or wet swim suits on the back of chairs if you have a verandah. You can also pin things to the clothes line that extends over the tub/shower.
