MagicMobile not adding to Apple Wallet

Anyone else had issues adding their magic pass to Apple wallet?
I have iPhone 13pro running latest iOS 15.3.1

within the app, I click on add to wallet, a blue circle spins for a second, then nothing else happens and my pass isn’t in my Apple wallet.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app. Turning phone on and off. Still nothing

Do you have a PIN code setup on your iPhone? Have you added any Credit/Debit Cards to the Wallet for use with Apple Pay?

Yes I have other cards on my Apple wallet and there is both a passcode and Face ID to access my iPhone

It worked with both of our iPhone 13s. Sorry to hear about this.

I know you probably tried this, but it’s the number one tech support answer for a reason- reboot your phone. I had trouble with my boarding pass and Apple wallet and that fixed it.
