As far as I'm aware they aren't available yet. I think I read somewhere that they have RFID tickets now but not moved on to the bands yet

If staying on-site, yep Room-Key and ticket (The same thing) are RFID. Haven't hear'd anything recently, but the bands are still in testing phase if they are in use at all.

Apparently most ticket media is now RFID with annual passes being phase in over the next few weeks.

It appears magic bands will only happen with fastpass+ when that happens is anyones guess.
