If you can not check into 3 .. can you pick up your bands before you go to MK that same day?

I would assume so... you cannot enter the room (they may not even tell you what room number until it's ready) if it's not ready but go to the front desk, ask for the MBs, drop off your luggage and go to the park!!

You can check in anytime after 6 or 6:30 am on check in day, your room just might not be ready. In that case, they will contact you later to let you know when and where your room is.

I have had a room ready as early as early as 8 am.
