Magicband Sent Back to Florida

Anyone else having problems with their magicbands making it to their city and then getting turned around and sent back to Florida instead of being delivered? We have a split stay coming up and both magicband orders have had this happen now.

I would guess there’s something wrong with your address in the Disney system. Go into your account and make sure your mailing address is accurate. It’s probably missing a house number or has a wrong street name. Especially since it happed to 2 different sets.
Make sure you go to the front desk when you get there to get MBs. They may not have the ones you ordered but at least they’ll have grey ones for you. Then you can go about getting a refund if you paid for any upgrade bands.

The address is correct on the account. I checked and double checked after the issues with the first one. And it has always been correct. We payed for the premium bands so it better be the ones we ordered at the front desk. Problem is, the second stay is a one night we tacked on because our flights got changed so if we have to wait until check in for those bands we won’t even get to use them except for the very last day.

I ordered something to be delivered to a store. Tracking said it got to the store, then went back to the FedEx location. I went to the store to ask and there it was.

I have had things delivered before the tracking website even said "out for delivery."

So don't give up hope about the Magic Bands being delivered.

If they are not delivered, I have heard that Disney resorts have different colors of Magic Bands behind the front desk, not just the grey ones.

Since you ordered premium bands, maybe take a screen shot of the tracking history in case you need to request a refund.

International guests have never had their magic bands mailed to their homes and always picked them up at the front desk. Sometimes they decline the band after ordering it as already have others or plan to buy an up charge one in the parks. CMs usually have a number of regular bands available. It will work out. :thumbsup2

I’m thinking this is probably what’s happening. Just weird tracking issues because today it is showing them back in my city.
 
Could it be because the delivery driver could not find a parking space at the delivery location and then skipped that location and went to the next? Then when his shift ended he returned to the warehouse or terminal and returned the truck and undelivered items to do the next day?

I mean I’m in the suburbs in TN, not exactly an issue of parking space. And it was showing here one day then in Tampa the next then back here again. Finally did end up getting delivered but Tampa seems like an awfully far drive to return the truck.

nope...had a box delivered last week for a trip in 11 days. DOuble check your address is correct in the system, then check with your local post office. They are shipped USPS, so your local post office is the one not delivering it.
