I have been told by the Internet Help Desk this is not an uncommon issue with MDE accounts having several "indicators" attached. I asked what an indicator was. I was told, an annual pass, photo pass, DVC membership.............. I still did not understand it. They transferred me back to the DVC MS group. They are working on the issue and was told I should see the MB link in a couple of days (one reservation is not DVC)?! I was also told, in the near future I need to think about setting up a new MDE due to these indicators. I asked if it had to do with the number of active MB I have (around 20). I was told no as many accounts have 50+. I will update further when/if resolved.
I wonder if this is part of the outage a few days ago, kinks still being worked out. In any case, keep on top of it and if all else fails, as other posters have suggested, call Disney!
I've had the same experience today. I was able to get on the site briefly but didn't see any info. regarding Magic Bands. I've also been unable to get to the site for the past few days (I've heard there are issues). I tried to log on again, to no avail.
Same here ... Stitch keeps eating the page and when I could log on briefly, no Magic Bands in sight! I guess they'll straighten it out sooner or later.
This was happening to me also. I had customized 6 MBs but then added 2 others to our travel party.
After that I kept getting a message that not all MBs were displayed properly.
IF I could get a “customize MB” to show at all, it would tell me it was unavailable at this time.
Miraculously after the outage and about 42 days out from our trip I logged in and my customize link was back.
