Hi guys! This post is going to be a little bit of a warning and a plea for help if anyone has any advice.
First off, DO NOT click "Forget Device" for your MagicBand+ in your devices settings if you are having connectivity issues. I could not get my MagicBand+ to connect to my phone/app, so I thought I would go to Buetooth settings, "forget device", and kind of restart the connection process. This has always worked for bluetooth devices in the past, but unfortunately I think that it messed everything up this time around. No matter what I do, I cannot connect my MagicBand+ to my phone in my phone's settings nor on MDE. I've tried resetting network settings on my phone and factory resetting the MagicBand, but nothing's worked. Thankfully I was able to connect the MagicBand to my Ipad and the ipad's MDE app, so I just don't know how to fix the issue on my phone.
I know MagicBand+ is super new and everyone's still learning, but if anyone has any advice on how to fix this, that would be great! Thank you!
