My family and my brothers family 9 in total will be spending 10 days at AS Sport begining Oct 25. Celebrating sis-in-law b'day, my 40 b'day, wedding anniversary and Halloween, researching new ideas to celebrate. We are considered a Magical Gathering but a bit confused as to what we get with that title can anyone point me in the right direction? thank you

You get to participate in several different Magical Gathering outings (for an additional cost, of course).

We did a MG last summer and did 3 of the 4 offered outings. Our favorite was the Dessert/Pirate Fireworks Cruise. This is great especially if you have Peter Pan and Hook fans in your group. We also loved the Safari Dinner at AK. Very good food! The other one we did was a character breakfast at Tony's in MK. This was good, but it was scheduled later in our trip, so we had already seen the characters. Most of us would have preferred to be in the park enjoying the rides.

You can also order t-shirts by being a part of a MG. We did not do this, but I saw some other large groups with their own homemade t-shirts.

Creating a Magical Gathering is also a good idea as the room assigners will do their best to place you close together at your resort. You can also add your Grand Gathering Number to your Advanced Dining Reservations. You should receive a printed itinerary including all of your ADR's and GG Events.

GG Events can be booked 180 days prior and the Magical Fireworks Voyage is very popular so if you choose that one you will want to book early.
