Magical Surprise for Large Family Trip...

Hi! My family of 19 is heading to WDW in December. I am planning the trip for everyone (reservations, fastpasses, etc.). I'd like to throw in some small surprises to make the trip really magical. Any suggestions for what to do/include? We are already going to the Christmas Party! Thanks in advance!

You can contact Disney florist and have balloons waiting in the room for them when they arrive. There are also other things on the website that you can have delivered to the room. We delivered balloons to a friend's room on their trip and they loved having them there when they arrived. It was a great surprise!

Matching t-shirts? Personalized cinch sacks? Personalized water bottles?
A special gift for everyone upon check in? Like a homemade coupon for a mickey bar, etc.
Some other things I'm thinking like firework cruises and such would add a lot of money to a large family trip, so I wouldn't think of those.
