Magical Shuttle to CDG questions

My trip to DLP is sneaking up on me, and I had booked the Magical Shuttle from Sequoia to CDG way back in January when I booked the trip. However, as they often do, flights have changed since then. So now I'm not sure if it's going to work for me or not.

I leave on 9/27 (a Saturday) and my flight is 11:30 am out of Terminal 2E (transatlantic to JFK). The earliest pickup time is 7:00 AM at Sequoia, and I'm told that approximate travel time is an hour-ish. Which would get me to CDG at 8:00 AM to 8:30, three hours before my flight time.

Is this cutting it a little close or does anyone have experience that thinks this will be fine? Otherwise, I'll either take the train or cough up the money for an Uber.

That to me sounds fine, you just have to make sure you are on that first bus.
