Magical New Years Getaway offers for DL hotels?

We initially were booked at the GC for March of 2020 but obviously that didn't happen. We were looking to book for March 2023 and noticed the prices for the DL hotels had gone up drastically. Then I realized we had booked last time through a "Magical New Years Getaway" offer that gave us 15-25% discounts on DL hotels. Does anyone know if they offer this every year, and would we think this might happen again? I found some articles from past years with similar sales, but is it an "always" thing?
