Hi everyone! I have decided to jump on the band wagon and make a PTR.
We are only three weeks away from the big trip to WDW arriving on May 12 and leaving on May 19. Dh and I are also celebrating our 5 year anniversary on the 15! We are staying at CBR with a Pirate room for our two little pirate boys. It was the hardest decision of my life deciding on what resort to stay at, so I hope we chose wisely!
This will be our first trip to WDW as a fam, and my 2nd trip (haven't been since 1998). We went to DLR in March of 2008 and LOVED it, and can't wait to experience Disney on a whole new level! Yay!

Me...I am Rachael. I am 28 and a SAHM to Thatcher and Taggart, my two monkeys, as I like to call them. I love being a wife, mother, and homemaker and all the joys and stress that come along with it all! When I am not chasing my boys around I like to blog, cook/bake (I LOVE the Food network and LOVE learning and trying new recipes), craft, shop, plan parties, plan vacations, ect. I am very active in our church, we are LDS. I LOVE everything Disney and have since I was a little girl. My family took lots of trips to Disneyland growing up and I love sharing the magic and memories with my Dh (who hadn't been to Disney until last year
) and my two boys. I am obsessed with planning our trip and LOVE the disboards, my new found hobby!

My Dh (Todd) 26, and secretly just as excited about our upcoming trip as I am !
He used to be totally skeptical of DLR/WDW until our trip last March. He had a blast and was totally impressed with the park and how much fun we had as a family. It was really cute as we were walking back to our hotel on our last night while the fireworks exploded in the sky he said, "Wow, Disney really does try to make every day special and magical for everyone who comes". It was cute. He has been converted! Todd is currently going to MIT and will graduate with a dual degree in June 2010.
DS #1 turning 4
DS #1 (Thatcher) who is 4. He is a lover of everything Disney, including Playhouse Disney. He loves all the Pixar movies and Robin Hood, Peter Pan, and Pinocchio. He is one active little boy and is a smarty pants like his Dad.
DS #2
DS#2 (Taggart) who is 2.5 and will be 3 in September. He also loves everything Disney including Playhouse Disney, especially Little Einsteins, Handy Manny and Oso. He also is a huge fan of Cars and Buzz Lightyear. He was only 18 months when we went to DLR, so he is going to be blown away in a couple of weeks! He is a sweet little boy, and has a very tender heart. He also keeps me hopping!
So that is us in a nut shell! This trip is going to be a surprise for the boys, we are telling them the morning of the trip. I am going to get two pirate hats and fill them with some goodies and treats and wake them up and tell them to come out and surprise them! Can't wait!
