Re the magical extras discounts that come with the vacation pkg, 2 qs,
1. Are there some stores that have multiple locations throughout the theme parks that would make the discounts easily accessible and useful? eg if we need to buy a soda or snack will one of these shops be a nearby so we can access the 10/20 percent discounts?
2. Regarding an exclusive one location shop, is it worthwhile going out of way to stop by because the discount is so incredible?

I am pretty sure that Joffrey's Coffee is the only shop with a Magical Extras Discount that is located in the parks. The rest are all at Disney Springs restaurants/retailers. This page from the Disney website explains exactly what you get for the 2019 Magical Extras:

If you're already planning a visit to Disney Springs you can probably make good use of the discounts!

As you've probably already seen, the Joffreys discount is available at a number of places, but the Arribas Bros crystal, also available at both DS and the parks, might be worth going out of your way. Especially if you want to buy, say, a figurine or something that costs quite a bit.
