Late to the game here. Too much to search. Is ME already discontinued and if not does it go to the Disney Springs area hotels?

Still running at present, service ceases on December 31st I believe. It will be replaced by a pay per use service supplied by Mears.

The Magical Express does not serve the Good Neighbor hotels near DS, only the Disney Resorts on property.

Magical Express stops running on 12/31/21. They have already discontinued luggage service so you have to claim your own bags at the airport.
