Magical express

There is a possibility that my husband will be in Orlando a few days before our Disney trip. he will have a rent a car. Can anyone tell us if he can check into the Disney resort, return rental car at MCO and then ride magical express with me when I fly in?

As long as he is listed on the resort reservation and the DME reservation, it will be fine.
The issue may be that he isn't the lead person on the reservation. I would have him drive directly to the airport, return the car and then ride the bus with you. He could try to check-in prior to returning the car and if he isn't able to, he can just drive to MCO and meet you.
