There are no airlines partnered with magic express. If you are listed on a room reservation you can ride magic express with a reservation. It does not mater how you get to MCO.

Anyone can use Magical Express to arrive and depart.

You are referring to RAC (Resort Airline Check-in) to check baggage before leaving for the airport. If your airline is not a participating airline, you will need to bring your luggage on the ME bus and check your baggage at the airport.
