Magical Express

Does anyone know that latest time frame that you can book Magical Express? I may not know until 2 weeks out if we are going to fly or drive. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have booked the week of a visit and just arrive at the Magical Express desk with my reservation number. They are more than accommodating. Also, on another last minute trip, Disney reservations sent my reservation package Fed Ex so that I could get my luggage tags. Enjoy your trip!

I have booked within 22 hours just recently when booked a very last minute trip. I added ME the day before I left. I had to pick up my luggage at MCO but I was able to catch a ride on the bus no problem

Magical Express guests actually don't have to claim their own luuggage, even with last-minute reservations like this. Just show your claim checks at the DME Welcome Center and CMs specifically assigned to the task will claim your luggage and send it to the sorting center with the tagged luggage.
