We are flying out in a week, and haven't gotten our ME packet! Sure hope it comes soon.

You should have already received it. I go to WDW several times each year and always get the ME tags about a month before each trip. I'd call. However, you don't really need them. Upon arrival just go to the DME desk on the first floor, describe your bags and they'll pull them for you. They'll also print you some vouchers, so you can board the DME bus. If you don't feel safe with them retrieving your bags, you can always go down to baggage claim, retrieve your own bags, then take them on the ME bus with you.
