We have a reservation for BCW in November and just called to add magical express. Forgot to ask, do they send you (email or regular mail) a confirmation of the magical express? If not, do you just assume they have you on the list?
They will send you a confirmation via regular mail which will include your bar-coded passes and luggage tags. I know this because I received mine today for my visit beginning next Saturday!

I think you only get an email confirmation if you book ME yourself through the Members' website. I also just recently booked ME thrugh MS for a November trip. Have not received any confirmation.
I plan to call in another week or so to confirm that it's there, though. That's just because it doesn't show on the website reservation details. But I don't believe ME ever shos up there for DVC reservations.
Last trip DH even joined us 1/2 way through and we didn't have vouchers. He just told them at the counter and they sent him in line. All easy... no big deal. Really I wouldn't stress about it as long as you have a reservation.
Thanks for the reminder! I need to call and add ME for our trip in November too! Everytime we have used ME they have sent us vouchers about two weeks before our trip in the mail. I don't ever remember getting anything by email.
We are using ME for the first time this November, as everyone doesn't fit in our rental car. I made reservations throught the member site and a couple of days later I got an e-mail confirmation of my reservation. It also stated I would receive information via regular mail within a week of my reservation. Though from reading posts from here, it usually comes sooner.
