Magical Express?

Hello everyone, i'm getting married in February. Fiance and I are driving down where as my future mother in law, father in law and brother in law are flying down. Can someone please explain to me how this magical express works for transporting them from the airport to there resort POR. Also father in law is in a wheel chair...does this pose a problem. Any info would be very helpful and also how to go about this as i'm putting this all together for them. TIA
