What do you do about car seats on the Magical Express? Are they required and if not are they allowed?

We will be flying with our 2 year old and 8 month old and 2 teenagers. Our 2 year old has a airline ticket but our 8 month old does not. We have plenty of baggage allowance that we could check a seat for our 8 month old. Also what about the 2 year old. I am planning on taking her car sear on the plan but then waht do we do with it in Disney? If it is not allowed to be used on the magical express then it is useless to us there. We are staying at POR and will not be going off site during our stay.

Are we better borrowing the airline harness?

Thanks!

You can't use a car seat on the ME, or any of the internal busses in WDW. You would have to store the car seat under the ME bus with any luggage or strollers.

I don't know how big your two year old is but we just used the plane seat belt last year. The car seat is just a huge pain. It has to be airline approved for it to be allowed on the plane and then you have to find a place to store it at WDW since it's useless once you're their. The only time we needed one was on a cab ride (we had an early ADR and didn't want to take bus and monorail to get there). The cab company provided one for us (front desk staff called for us and arranged it).
