You can use Me going from the airport to the resort. Your bags will be delivered to your room. For your return you can still use ME but you must bring your luggage with you on the bus.

Yes, you can and the bags will be delivered to your room. It doesn't matter what airline you're with for the baggage to be delivered as long as your at a Disney hotel. You just can't do the airline checkin at the hotel with some airlines.

One suggestion - if you are flying in late at night it's easier to just pick up your own bags -- don't put the tags on it. The delivery of your bags to your room takes a couple of hours so if you are arriving late and want to go to bed it's easier to just have the bags with you. It's not that bad to just take your bags with you on the bus.

I came from Canada and got my bags in my room - had to wait six hours for them though. Not a great idea after a red eye.

Every person using ME can get their bags delivered to their disney resort room. Regardless of country.

Some people may choose not to use the service, and it is easier to use if you clear US customs in Canada (which the vast majority of Canadian air travellers do).

ME is for Disney resort guests only and yes, you can tag your bags and they will be taken off the plane and they will be sent to your hotel and YES - it will be upwards of 5 to 6 hours later.

A few things - we did not get our luggage tags in time - which I have seen lots of people on this board complain about and therefore you need to identify your bags somehow (bright ribbons or large visible stickers) because you will have to describe your luggage to the ME staff and HOPE they find them all. Secondly, they will arrive well after you arrive so you need to pack in your carry-on anything that you will need for the first 6 hours of your trip (which is tricky with the new liquid restrictions).

We packed a small carry-on (the smallest size suitcase) with bathing suits, sweaters, hats etc (no sunscreen - they'll take that unless it is the tiny travel size) and when we go to Disney we went to a park for the evening and the cases were in our room when we got back at 9pm. Just plan well but it is a nice perk!

Of course you can, that's the whole point of ME. I'm not sure why you think people couldn't.

We have used ME several times. Some times our luggage only took an hour after we had arrived, last trip it was until several hours later. I agree with the others pack a carry on with the essentials, bathing suit, shorts etc and you'll be good to go.

Weather you have the bags delivered to your room or not depends on if you go through customs in Canada or in the US, If going through in Canada, Disney will take your Bags directly to your room.. If going through in the US you have to get your luggage first (Than customs)... I believe it really depends on your flight (that is what we were told at the airport last year)

We went through in Canada last year and thought our luggage had been lost, when they went to our room But someone at the airport explained this to us....

I'm not sure how long it took for them to get there because we went to the park and didnt return for hours after, and it was in our room by then..

But regardless you can use the magical express bus, Its great! Especially if you are not renting a car!

We are going in May and we just received our luggage tags. Six weeks out! They were delivered by UPS.

Canadians can use ME and it's a perk of staying at a Disney resort. We cleared customs in US so had to pick up bags and take them through customs and then gave them back to the luggage handliers a bit futher up in the airport. It was still a lot easier than taking them all the way with us and two small kids. We checked into the hotel first and it didn't seem to take long for the luggage to arrive. We heard if you check in, they bring the luggage faster. We were glad to know everything was there and settle in before heading to the park in the evening. It is suggested to bring a carryon bag with items you may need for the first six hours after arrival.
