Magical Express ?

If I don't want to have magical express bring my luggage to my room can I just pick it up at MCO myself and put it on the bus? I think I remember a storage space at the back of the bus but I am not sure. We are scheduled to arrive early and now, with the new restrictions, I want to be able to have access to all my pool stuff etc.

Yes, you can go to baggage claim and get your bags, then check in at the DME Welcome Center. The driver will store your bags under the bus for you. Please be sure to tip the driver for this service. Also, be VERY sure NOT to put the yellow DME tags on your luggage.

I'm just curious, what "pool stuff" will you be unable to take in a carry-on?
