Magical Express with late flight changes

Scenario:
Never used DME before, always had a rental, but thinking of doing DME this time.
Currently booked to fly to Orlando. The flight is a connection. I will most likely change the flight the day of travel so I can be on a direct flight, and arrive earlier in the day. JetBlue allows same day changes for $40, so I can call at midnight and change the flight, which I've done before. (My current flight is award travel so I had to take what flight had award seats, but for 40 bucks I can get there 12 hours sooner and without the hassle of connections - done it before, works great)

1. So the question is, I will probably be on a different flight coming in to MCO than what I would tell DME in advance and wouldn't know until after midnight the day of travel. Will I still be able to use the DME bus if I show up 10-12 hours early, and will my checked luggage still get to the resort even though the incoming flight is different?

2. Same for going home: I would end up telling them in advance of my currently scheduled outbound flight info and they would give me a bus time. But what if I change the flight the day of travel(after midnight)? Would I need to call them that morning to get a new bus pickup time? It would be a change to a late afternoon flight instead of a morning flight.

P.S. How long does it take for luggage to show up at the hotel, and where do they put it?

You don't need to do anything for your arrival as long as you arrive on the same day your resort reservation starts.

As for your departure day, I don't know if you will be able to call in the morning and switch the bus, while they don't schedule buses for arrivals they do for departures. I would call them before you do anything to find out if they would be able to accomodate you for your departure with a switch on the same day.

The luggage can arrive up to 3 hours after you check into your resort, when the luggage arrives they put it in your room, even if you aren't there. I have gotten my luggage sooner than 3 hours and there have been scattered reports of it taking longer but generally no more than 3 hours after you check in.
