Ok CRO pretty much told me to call back later as they did not know the information.......not acceptable. My sister and I are dong a SISTERS RULE weekend in May (we both really need a break and to reconnect). I am arriving a day earlier but we are leaving together on the same flight. CRO told me we can not use ME - this can't be true, can it??? We are paying for a deluxe resort and there are only two of us. Is it really a rule that you have to be arriving on the same flight and same day?

What gives.....

Call back and ask again. I was told TODAY that we CAN have two arrivals. And we're not staying at a deluxe resort! The CM took both flight infos and put it in the computer after speaking with a manager! She changed our ressie (also going in May) and said we'd get a new confirmation with info on how and where.

Hope you get a different answer the next time you call. Good luck.

Should be doable. This is our scenario...myself, dh, dd arrive, via ME,at BCV on a Sat. The following Wed, dh leaves via ME and goes home. Dd and I move to POR on Fri. Then we go to MCO (OIA) via ME from POR. We had no trouble booking this. So, you and your sister should just be able to make separate reservations.

According the Walt Disney World website Magical Express can be used by persons staying in the same room arriving at the airport at different times.

Online it only allows you to enter one set of arrival/departure flight information. But, it gives you a phone number to call if you have other persons on that reservation arriving/departing on different flights.

Of course, what they tell you when calling that phone is another thing all together. Since Magical Express is new I imagine they are somewhat confused at this point sometimes.

I was able to have several ME arrival/departures on our reservation. The kids and I arrive w/my husband one day, and then my husband goes home 13 days later. On the day he goes home my MIL and SIL and niece arrive, and then we all depart 7 days after their arrival.

I had no trouble booking this other than it took 30 minutes to do it! I just asked the CM if I could do it, and she said of course. They just treated us as 3 separate reservations. My husband has 1 reservation, the kids and I have another, and finally my MIL/SIL/niece have a 3rd. All of us are staying in 1 resort in 1 room (2 bedroom villa), so it can be done.
