We booked our trip to the Caribbean beach resort, for this October, through virgin Atlantic. When I contacted Disney, to book the Magical express service, they told me I had to go through our virgin travel agent. This was something I had thought might happen from vague recollections of other posts on here, however, Virgin said they would post us a booking link, which still hasn't arrived, so we looked online and found the link there. My question is this, should we receive a booking confirmation from Magical express ? We received an email, that says we have submitted a request, is that us booked ? Do I need to contact someone else . Nothing shows up on our my Disney experience app.
