The early flight that I was thinking about purchasing keeps getting more and more $$$. If I took a flight that lands at MCO around 2 pm, what is the approximate time that I would arrive at my resort?

I always assume it's going to take about an hour and it usually does, though it has taken as long as an hour and a half when I've come in late in the evening. The trip itself usually takes 30-35 minutes, so it depends on whether or not you have to pick up luggage (I usually don't), how long it takes you to get to the DME pick-up area, whether or not you have your voucher, how long the lines are at the DME pick-up area, and whether or not you're the first person on the bus. If you get there when the bus is already nearly full, you'll be on your way sooner than if you're the first one on. Those are the times when it's taken about 90 minutes.

If you use the DME luggage transfer service or have only carry-on bags, expect that it will take 60-90 minutes from the time you get off of the plane until you get to your resort. The average is about 70 minutes. Key variables will be how long you have to wait for your bus to leave MCO, if there are any traffic or construction problems, and whether your resort is first, last or somewhere in between in the drop-off order. If you collect your own luggage at baggage claim and take it to the bus with you then add another 20-30 minutes to that time.
