Is the DME available 24 hours? My husband will be arriving by himself at MCO around midnight to 1 a.m.. He will only have a carry-on baggage so no luggage to pick up. He's headed for POFQ. Will there still be busses running this early?

The DME passenger transport service operates 24-hours per day, so they will be there to transport your DH as long as he has a reservation. The only thing that doesn't run 24-hours is the luggage transfer service, which won't affect him since he will have only carry-on bags.

DME has posted hours, but those hours are automatically extended to accommodate passengers with reservations. Giving DME your actual flight information isn't normally necessary but your DH should make sure DME has his correct flight number. There isn't any reason to stay open if there aren't any passengers with reservations on the remaining flights.
