Magical Express - TERRIBLE

I. . . On March 14th we checked in with DME at 7:40PM. We then board a DME bus and sat at the airport till 9PM . . .

1) Maybe there was a problem with the bus.
2) Difficult to see sitting on a bus for 1-hr.

. . . Then at 3:02 AM we were awoke by the bell hop delivering our luggage! . . .

1) It is stated that luggage delivery can take up to 3-hrs.
2) Sometimes, it goes as long as 6-hrs.
3) Luggage could have been delivered in the morning, if you wished.
4) That late, you would have been asked if you want
. . . delivery when the bags arrive
. . . delivery in the AM if bags arrive at a late hour
5) That is why it is always wise to take a carry-on with a change of clothes.

. . .DME wanted us to depart over three hours before our flight . . .

1) TSA says to arrive 2-hrs before your flight.
2) Add load/unload and travel time, and you get 3-hrs.
3) This timing is correct and proper.
