Magical Express tags

In the past (like in Jan), I have gotten the luggage tags for Magical Express around the time of the bands. Now our trip is 13 days away and they said they still are in the process to send them. How long before your stay have you gotten the tags recently?

I would make a call. By two weeks out I have always received the tags. You are still at a point where they can overnight ship them with plenty of time to spare.

I did, they say they are under fulfillment which means they are get them ready to send and they won't do anything more. Ugh!!

Ours arrived after we had left for the airport......while it sucked, we just brought our bags with us

If by some odd chance they don't come before you leave, you can always give your baggage claim tickets to the Magical Express CM and they will grab your luggage and deliver to your room. We've done this many times when booking last minute trips.

Off topic but we got two sets once. Two weeks apart they came two weeks before we left. We were confused which ones to use.

And on the opposite end of the scale, we got luggage tags for our stay at Poly in Nov, in Feb! So odd things do happen with these things.

If it ever happens again it doesn’t matter which you use as long as the right hotel is listed - you can even change that with a sharpie
