When do they get mailed out ? We are going Oct 29 to Nov 5 and I know some people at work that are leaving that time too and at the same resort we our and they got their on Saturday I asked our TA and she said 30 days out.

Any time now. I've seen anywhere from 3-5 weeks prior to travel. They aim for about 30 days.

We head out on Oct. 14, but I received mine back in July. I got a phone confirmation recently though. They were presumably sending the batch to go, and mine came up as already sent. Which I was told July for October is way too early. But I have been assured all is well with my reservations etc.. and we're all set to go.

But they did tell me that 3-5 weeks is the usual time for the tags to arrive.

Leave 10/14 and just got ours last week... So there ya go.. Anywhere from July to mid September for a mid October trip

I really don't know if there is a set time you get them anymore. For our September trip we just took, we got our DME stuff back in March! Some people have gotten theirs days before their trip or weeks. Not sure how it works anymore.

We leave 9/30 and got our tags yesterday (9/17) !

I know we are DVC so not sure if that make a difference when you get them or not.. Before DVC we used to get them really early, now I think 6 weeks or so.
