Magical Express Tags

We received our Magical Express tags...I can't believe they are here already!!! We are leaving June 27th!!
Our travel agent made the arrangements for Magical Express. They say no airline information provided and to call a number, which I will do, even though our travel agent asked for airline info to set up Magical Express??
Also, I have four children, they only listed three of them, left off my 5 year old??? Will this be a problem? I will mention him when I call in the air info, but may not get more tags in time?

How long did take you to get the tags from when your TA booked ME?

Unless you are taking a whole lot of luggage, you should still have enough tags (as they send 2 per person, and it doesn't matter whose name is one each suitcase) for everyone. Definitely call though to make sure your 5 yr old is added to the ME reservation so that he/she will be able to ride the ME bus though!

Call DME to make sure everyone in your family is listed on the reservation. I would think that you would be fine with just the tags you have at the moment. Most people don't need two bags each, but I could be wrong.
But be sure to call and have all the kids listed.

Every time we've gotten tags they say no flight information even though we provided the information up front. Just call and give it to them. They probably already have it in the system, but for some reason the information doesn't print on the tags.

Thanks everyone!! I will call ME to make sure my 5 year old son is on the list and give airline info.
