Magical Express reviews please

So, UK visitors collect their own bags, transfer them to the coach, and then take them into the hotel at check-in ? Much prefer that - don't want to have to wait 3 hours for our luggage after a 10 hour flight.

you dont have to collect your own bags, you can give the ME staff a description and your luggage barcode tags that you get at flight check in, but yes you can collect your own bags too and take them with you:goodvibes

Thats how I intend to do it, let them take the luggage and just take hand luggage with me.

thanks everybody, not often you hear positivity across the board so to speak. have cancelled my towncar and fingers crossed you are all right:goodvibes

Hope you get there in good time and enjoy your birthday :) And next trip travel the day before your birthday ;) :rotfl:

I want to let them take my luggage too,,, with just me and my 2 DD's it will be great not having to lug around baggage, but has anyone got any experience of ME picking up the bags since they stopped giving out the luggage tags?

Just to let people who are thinking about using dme. I arrived at MCO airport at 5pm pottered in to the lush shop as I forgot to bring any shampoo and only use lush shampoo. Gave the dme people the luggage bar code tags and they got the cases to the room 2 hours later they also phoned to make sure they got all the luggage delivered.

::yes:: I think we're all control freaks here, LOL!

:thumbsup2:rotfl2:
ME is great, dh and eldest ds went to get car and me and 2 little ones did ME (to save paying to hire car seats, hey im cheap;))
the service was quick, ds needed to use the toilet and me missed a bus, they are that fast!
they are very easily signed for those who asked, we arrived about 45 mins before dh in the hire car (think 10 mins in walmart...)
luggage however had a life of its own, and visited us after about 6 hours, which was an issue, as whilst i had packed change of clothes for evening, had not packed pjs or teddies, luckily kids were exhausted as it could have got messy...
we are looking at flights for next aug, MA is a major sway for us to travel into mco...

We're using ME for the first time this year when i head there with just my mum for the marathon. Quick question- you guys that have carried your luggage on the coach with you- do you get any funny comments or glares from driver or fellow passengers? I realise the facility is there to transport the bags but we're on super tight schedule unfortunately. I'd hate to be the only person that had bags with them!

Thanks!

Not at all! We used it last week and half the coach had luggage being put on the bus. It helps that when your travelling from the UK you arrive later so most people dont want the four hour delay in getting their luggage.

On the way back to the airport most of the bus had luggage, the only people that wouldnt are those that have had done online check in at their hotel.
