Magical Express Return

If you drive to Disney but some in your party will be flying home can you still take the Magical Express bus to the airport?

Sure. You just have to make arrangements beforehand. I would stop at the front desk of your resort and give them the info for whoever wants to ride the bus back to MCO. That should do it for them. Then, the day before departure, a notice will be left in the room, telling what time they should be at the bus stop for their return trip.
