Magical Express reservation?

We booked our package through a travel agent, but can access our account on Disney's website. They've assured me we are signed up for Magical Express but cant find anything on our reservations about it, is that normal? Also, I just did the online check in (we don't arrive until aug 25, but we know when our flights are) and it asked for arrival time to resort. Nothing is said about arrival time to airport. Guess I'll have to call Disney to be sure...Anyone know if it's supposed to say something on the website about it?

Magical Express reservations do not show up on your MDE account. You should be getting information about Magical Express and they yellow luggage tags any day now but if you are concerned you can call Disney to double check you are signed up for ME.

If you booked a package you will get souvenir luggage tags that will come with your Magic Bands - these you can put on your luggage or not. The yellow luggage tags are for Magical Express and need to be placed on your luggage before checking in at the airport if you want ME to transport your luggage to your hotel. If you are arriving after 10pm or you want to handle your own luggage then just throw the yellow tags away.

When you have a DME reservation, about 3 weeks prior to travel, you will get a mailing from DME. It will have a letter giving you instructions and directions to the DME area at MCO. It will also contain a yellow luggage tag for each person listed on the resort reservation.
You will put this yellow tag on your piece of checked luggage before you head to your home airport. Once at the airport, the airline will affix its own tags.
The yellow tag gives all the info needed for baggage delivery to your resort.

As far as arrival time goes, yes, they are looking for resort arrival time. The easiest way to figure that outbid to add 90 mins to your flight arrival time....if your flight arrives at noon, you can safely say you plan to be at your resort around 1:30.

The other thing about arrival time at the resort, the information is used by housekeeping to prepare the rooms. It helps Disney to try and have a room ready for your arrival do you don't have to wait. For those doing online checkin it helps making sure you can go directly to your room.
