Magical Express question...

I'm not sure that this is the right forum, but I have a question about ME.

We have it booked as part of our package. And, we booked airfare thru Disney, so they know our flight info... So is that it?? Are we set??

Or do we still have to call ahead and reserve a spot on the shuttle?

(If so, where do I call and when?)

Even if you booked DME as part of your package, it can't hurt to call and confirm anyway, KWIM? Call DME directly at (866) 599-0951. Hopefully, they'll have all the info in the computer and then you're good to go.

Suggestion: Ask for a written confirmation. Or at least ask for the name of the person you talk to on the phone and write that down too.

So far everyone has said that there have been no problems with Magical Express reservation errors but with limo and taxi companies complaining about deplaning guests being steered to ME, it helps to have confirmation of your reservation. You do need bus tickets and a reserved bus time to return home, but this part can be arranged at the resort if you think a problem popped up or if you need to make a change.

Did they ask if you wanted ME when you booked? I know that when my travel agent booked it for us, she asked if we wanted ME for one way or for the round trip. She said that they would ask when booking through the Disney Travel COmpany.

They asked if we wanted it.. and it shows up for round-trip on our reservations.. I guess I will call to make sure everything is in order.. Thanks everyone!!
