Magical Express Question

Hey everyone,

I am about to receive my tickets from AAA this Saturday. I was wondering when I am about to return home - do I have to call ME to arrange a time. My plane is leaving at 10:00 so I would have to leave Pop Century pretty early.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You should receive a Magical Express envelope on your door the day before you leave. That will have your departure information on it. When you get your stuff from AAA, check the flight info in the booklet to make sure it's correct. If not, you can call and change it so that the system will generate your departure info correctly.

My dh and I left WDW on two different dates and neither one of us got that night before envelope...he left from BCV and I left from POR. He had only carry-on luggage and was on a bus at 8:30 for a 11:30 flight.
I checked in with DME about 8:45 on my departure day, checked my luggage and got my boarding passes. I went to Bell Services and they gave me the voucher for the return trip on the bus since I had stupidly left my DME packet in my checked luggage!! DME will usually have you on a bus 3 hrs. before your departure flight time. Be sure to check in with them as early as you can.

The general rule is you are scheduled to be picked up by the ME bus 3 hours before your departure time.

Sometimes you get your return bus vouchers and return bus time when you arrive at Orlando Airport at the start of your vacation. Sometimes you can get them when you check in at your resort. If you don't get them sooner, be sure to get the vouchers with the time to show up for the bus early on the day before returning home. You can make changes as needed but never ask for a bus time less than 3 hours before your flight time.
