Magical Express Question

Has anyone used this service yet? How long did it take to get to the hotel? Any lost lugguage?

I went to disney on May 20th, I had a great experiance with magical express....I got off the plane, they directed me to when I was to go, I handed them my ressies book they sent ...which they scanned before I got onboard. if you have some cary ons you can either bring on the bus or they will put underneath I boared bus....waited maybe 10 mins. and we were off! It only took the ride to get to reosrts, we stopped at one first...only took a few mins...
it was great! I checked in...my room was ready suitcase arrived after I ate lunch!

We arrived at MCO on June 5 11:30 am with no ME tags. The line for check in was extremely long. One couple said they waited over an hour to just check in. We ended up getting our own bags and taking a taxi to the Wilderness Lodge since we were traveling with a 2 year old and 1 year old that would not be patient in line. Most people that we spoke to did not have tags so I think there was a problem that day.

On the day we left we checked our bags at the airline desk at the WL at 8:30 am, received our boarding passes and went to the parks until pick up at 4:05 for a 6:55 flight. The bus was really full. They were suppose to go do another 2 stops after ours but they called another bus to handle those. We were at the airport by 5:00 and our bags met us in Boston. Very smooth on the way home. I think that there was a glitch in the system on June 5 because from what I hear those lines usually aren't there. good luck

Hi! Used ME on May 25th....From the time we landed to the time we were at our hotel was just about exactly one hour!! Great service - the ME line looked long, but moved in minutes and we were directed to our bus loading line. Waited like 10 minutes, boarded the bus, and were off in another 10 minutes. Dropped of folks at one resort before ours and we were "home"! We did have ME tags, and our luggage arrived in our room two hours after we did.

On the way home, we had a 6 a.m. flight. ME picked us up at 3 a.m. because that's their policy - at least 2 hrs. 45 min. early. No changing this, we asked. The shuttle was on time and we did have to check our own luggage as the desk was closed at that early time. No problem at all and we will most definitely use ME again!
