Magical Express question

Does anyone know if your luggage actually travels on the same bus as you? Or does a separate truck take it back and forth to the airport?

I am concerned that the motor coaches will take too long.

Would it be possible to have your luggage sent by Magical Express and you take a cab directly from a theme park to the airport? Or what happens if your timing is off getting back to your resort and you miss your connection?

Or what happens if your timing is off getting back to your resort and you miss your connection? No. If you don't get on the ME bus, your luggage will not be transported to the resort
